I have recvd the requirement Director Sales Hunter for Telecom Solutions and Professional Services for North America Region.We will prefer the ideal candidates would be based in North America and would have worked with Indian Telecom Solutions Companies like Aricent, Tech Mahindra, Satyam, WIPRO, IBM,HP,Accenture,SUN, HCL Tech, Infosys, Cognizant or TCS. The candidates should be must either US Citizen or GC/PR and carried Sales Quota of $ 2 to 5 Million per year from NEW CUSTOMERS in the USA.

Sales Manager / Director Services - Telecom /Communication
The Sales Director will be responsible for acquiring new business for the company's software outsourcing services in a Telecom/Communication and Multimedia and HealthcareIT/Commmunication

Postion- Permanent

Base Salary- 100K to 150K plus incentive/Commission upto 100K.

The ideal candidates would be based in Silicon Valley( West Coast ) and worked with " IT Services" Companies . Candidate must be in US and have US Citizen,Green CARD,EAD

1. Expertise

Selling Telecom Software Solutions and Professional Services.

Target Customers

• Telecommunications OEMs

• Tier-I/II/III Telecommunications Service Providers

• System Integrators

2. Job Description

• The successful candidate will act as ‘hunter’ involved in identifying new customers, managing and closing sales for our client software solutions and services.

• Should have successful experience of working at CXO level/make Board level presentations and propositions to customers.

• Identify and implement innovative/creative business models to win new business.

• • Leverage extensive personal network with target customers in North America.

• Responsible for negotiating and closing deals.

• Working to aggressive quarterly targets.

• Located in Fremont office but willingness to travel in the region.



3. Successful Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 7 years of Sales experience selling services in North America.

• Experience in worked for key telecom solutions or consulting companies selling Telecom Solutions and services to OEMs, Tier I/II/III Telecom Carriers, and System Integrators.

• Excellent track record in hunting new customers, proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales life cycle experience.

• Handled a minimum target volume of US$ 4 million or more per year

• Services selling Experience must include Technology Consulting, Product Engineering, System Integration, and custom application development.

• Strong knowledge/experience in sales methodology, process and techniques for Services and Solutions

• Should bring an active and productive network of senior decision makers/CXO level contact from the Target Customers.

• Experience of working with globally distributed Technology/engineering teams.

• Engineering Degree/MBA.
