We are seeking a Director of Software Engineering - 3D Drivers or OpenGL, for our San Jose based client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct/manage a large(30+) multi-site team of software developers working on 3D Drivers/Open GL Software

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS in CS, EE, or CE
- 12+ years of software development industry
- 6+ years of formal management experience building and overseeing software development teams
- Must have some experience with 3D and drivers
- Strong software project management experience
- Effective ability to communicate and build engineering relationships with partner companies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

DESIRABLE:
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics pipeline, load balancing techniques and performance Analysis
