DESCRIPTION
. Manages the systems development life cycle on small and intermediate sizedevelopment and enhancement projects.. Supports and assists clients with project planning, project definition,requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and usertraining.. Develops and maintains project documentation. This includes Process Models,Process Decomposition Diagrams, Data Models, Data Flow Diagrams, EntityRelationship Diagrams and Network Diagrams.. Acts as a liaison between business and technical staff at all levels.. Supports and assists the project team in developing test plans and test scripts.. Assists with all testing phases.. Assists with implementation and post-implementation activities.Desired ExperienceRequirements:. 5+ years of experience in application development using structured analysis anddesign techniques.. A strong understanding of effective program change control.. Knowledge of full project life cycle systems development.. Some exposure to object oriented development.. Knowledge of project management methods and practices.. Demonstrated experience in developing small to intermediate projects across allphases of the project life cycle and experience creating project plans for small tointermediate projects.. Knowledge of development methods and practices in a multi-platformenvironment.. Demonstrated experience in leading small to intermediate size scale projects.. Demonstrated experience in developing functional specifications, process models,process decomposition diagrams, data models, data flow diagrams, entityrelationship diagrams and network diagrams.. Strong analytical and communication skills.. The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technicalenvironment. Knowledge of Loan Servicing or mortgage banking applications is a MUST.Preferred Skills/Experience:. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math orPhysical Science. Knowledge of AS400 RPG/ILE applications is a big PLUS.. Knowledge of Intranet/Internet systems development methods and practices.Other Desired Skills: Process Decomposition Diagrams, Process Models, Data Models, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Network Diagrams, AS400, RPG/ILE, Loan Servicing, Mortgage banking
