Job Description:
GreenPoint Mortgage is a nationwide leader in mortgage banking, and

months
of 4th quarter 2000!
We have an immediate opening for a Web Site Manager on our E-commerce
Team
in
Larkspur, CA. This position is responsible for team and/or vendor art
design
and web site animation. Develops and maintains content accessed by
internal
employees and external mortgage customers. Manages/performs website
editorial
activities including gathering and researching information to enhance
the
value of the site. Works closely with IT and business units for
content
approvals/updates. Can use a variety of graphic software pkgs,
techniques,
and tools. Designs/develops interface features, special elements for
art
design. Requires understanding of web-based technologies and HTML
code,
browsers, and graphical applications. Ideal candidate will have a
Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Business, Art or Engineering. At least
3-5
years
web development; preferably experience across multiple
hardware/software
platforms. Familiar with computing architectures and web design
concepts.
Ability to use the HTML, Cgi, Perl, and Photoshop software tools.
Good
troubleshooting skill and design skill in internet/extranet/intranet
areas.
