Job Description:
Job Description:Responsible for pre-sale and post-sales support of
product
line/systems; provide technical support in sales presentations,
product
demonstrations and installation, and maintenance of company products
to
ensure
system functions according to specifications; provide answers to
customer
inquiries concerning system software and applications; provide sales
support,
field support, management of lab and field trials, systems engineering
including transmission network design and product
documentation.Required
Education (or related discipline):BSEE and/or equivalent
telecommunications
industry experience.Required Skills:Strong working knowledge of
telecommunications network design, transmission theory and
applications,
switching principles, and major carrier infrastructure.Desired Skills:
Strong
organizational and presentation skills; excellent verbal and written
skills;
ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines; strong team
contributor; multi-task/project oriented.
