Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing development and analysis
support
for enterprise-wide SAP application. This role requires a combination
of
analytical and hands-on development skills. Must be able to interact
with
business users, primarily in Finance area, to assess requirements and
develop
project specifications and plans. Solid ABAP development skills are
required
with configuration ability (IMG) a strong plus. This position
requires an
individual who is capable of problem-solving complex business issues
and
working with a number of cross-functional team members as needed to
define
problems and recommend solutions. Deliverables will include reports,
interfaces and system enhancement/bug fixes. On-call support during
peak
periods will also be expected. Requires solid organizational and time
management skills.REQUIREMENTS: Systems development/implementation
experience
supporting functional areas (specifically finance) in a high-tech
manufacturing
organization. Minimum 4-6 years IT experience supporting an
enterprise-wide
solution. Must be team player with solid communication skills and the
ability
to work in a collaborative manner. Technical experience must include
ABAP,
SAP
Script and SAP Screen Painter. Experience in SQL, C/C++ and
Client/Server
architecture a plus. BA/BS in related field required, MBA a plus.
