Job Description:
GreenPoint Mortgage is a nationwide leader in mortgage banking, and

growing fast! We funded over a billion dollars in loans in 2 separate
months
of 4th quarter 2000!
We have immediate openings for 8 Closers I, II in our Larkspur, CA
office.
This position facilitates the documentation and funding of mortgage
loans.
Ideal candidate will have minimum of 6 months experience on a funding
team,
knowledge of loan documentation and documentation requirements. Must
have
knowledge of escrow practices and basic laws applicable to mortgage
lending.
Also have effective interpersonal, communication, organization, and
problem
solving skills.
