We have an immediate opening for an Senior Oracle Database
Administrator in
our Larkspur, CA (Northern CA) office. This position provides
database
administration creating schemas, database links, backups, resizing of
Tablespaces, security, applies Oracle software patches, and performs
all
upgrades to Oracle tool sets. .Monitors database in terms of growth,
performance, standards, rollback segments. Modifies structure as
necessary
and manages production/testing, developmkent. Must have college
degree and
3-
5 years experience with Oracle Databases as well as previous
coursework in
Oracle Databases. Knowledge of the engine, ability to debug, write
SQL*Plus
and PL/SQL scripts/programs. Excellent self-management skills.
