Engineering/Factory Planner Ref: 071900-2-HRT

Job Description:
The Engineering/Factory Planner will manage the production
requirements of
C-Cube's semiconductor engineering and production builds. The position
will
work closely with Marketing, Business Planning, Document Control,
Product
Engineering, and Quality Engineering to determine build time schedules
and
quantity requirements. The Engineering/Factory Planner will direct the
efforts of C-Cube's subcontracted manufacturers to insure the product
is
built on time. The planner will track the products' progress and will
drive
to remove obstacles of the successful completion of the project.
Occasional
travel to Taiwan is expected.
Required Experience
AA and 3-5 years of related experience.
Semiconductor experience
Factory Planning experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Process improvement and documentation skills
Database tracking and reporting skills
Very detail oriented; strong commitment to quality
Desired Experience:
BA or BS and 5+ years of related experience
Engineering Planning experience
Engineering background
APICS CPIM
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Microsoft Access familiarity
ISO-900x documentation experience
