Law Enforcement And HAMC Merced Chapter President Busted For Running Chop Shop

Road Dog Cycle defendants charged with operating a chop shop,
trafficking in motor vehicles or their parts:
* Robert C. Holloway III, 60, of Turlock also faces charges related to
racketeering; witness tampering; solicitation to commit a crime of
violence; making extortionate extensions of credit; collecting credit
by extortionate means; and conspiracy. He has been ordered held in
custody pending further hearings.
* His son, Brent F. Holloway, 35, of Modesto faces charges related to
racketeering and collecting credit by extortionate means. A federal
judge ordered him to be released in late July but prosecutors appealed
the decision.
* Former East Bay Dragons motorcycle club member Alfredo F. Rincon,
37, of Manteca also faces charges related to collecting credit by
extortionate means. He was released on bond in July.
* Ray M. Heffington, 40, of Chowchilla, the Merced chapter president
of the Hells Angels motorcycle club, has been ordered held in custody
pending further hearings.
Other defendants:
* Retired California Highway Patrol officer and former part-time
Merced County sheriff's deputy Joseph S. Tyler, 65, of Merced faces
charges related to operating a chop shop. Tyler was a CHP officer for
30 years. He worked for the Sheriff's Department in Merced for 18
months and retired in the fall. He was released in July on his own
recognizance.
* Alky Haulers motorcycle club chapter vice president Michael J.
Orozco, 51, of Manteca faces charges of making extortionate extensions
of credit and collecting credit by extortionate means. He has been
ordered held in custody pending further hearings.
* Reynaldo W. Sotelo, 52, of Gilroy, former chief executive officer of
Indian Motorcycles, and Fredrick A. Noreberg, 36, of Sweden, the
chapter president of the Red Devils motorcycle club in that country,
face charges of conspiracy in connection with planning to send a
motorcycle with false identification to Sweden. Noreberg is wanted by
law enforcement. Sotelo was released on bond.
Charged with making false statements:
* Stanislaus County sheriff's Capt. Raul DeLeon, 51, and David A.
Swanson, 51, a former deputy who was a court bailiff with the
Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department. Both live in Modesto. Stephen
J. Johnson, 60, of Linden also is accused of lying to a federal grand
jury in June. Johnson is a retired corrections officer for the state
Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation; he trains dogs for law
enforcement agencies and military clients in California and Oregon.
All three have been released on their own recognizance.
Other defendants:
* Daniel David Martell, 34, and John Roger Bird, 61, both of Modesto
have been charged with being felons in possession of firearms.
According to court records, a Dec. 14 search revealed that Martell had
a rifle and handgun in his possession, which was not allowed because
he had felony convictions for vehicle theft and evading a police
officer. Bird was found with three rifles during a search Feb. 1,
records show. He is not allowed to have the weapons because of a
felony conviction in 1988 for manufacturing a controlled substance.
The two have been ordered held in custody pending further hearings.

extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child
pornography
as well as phony currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be
rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Two judges have actually done their
job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.

The White Rock chapter Sgt.Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for
the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All
the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.
Ppl are trying to get HAMC listed as a terrorist org. If you support
this
then write letters to editors of local newspapers and your local MP.
As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC before he resigned has
advocated banning
the wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Perhaps
John VanDongen can finish the job he started. Since HA
is
known to frequent Brandi’s and the Cecil and has links to
various bars in BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a
history of intimidating
bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.
VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
Colleen Reiter (Ryder?) of Surrey was killed by HAMC but the RCMP
refuse to confirm this.
