Dear Friend of the LAFD:

The City of Los Angeles and the LAFD welcome you to the City's 12th Annual

The fairs are _free_ family fun events. Attendees can...

* Win Prizes or participate in Raffles (including 2 free Goodyear Blimp
passes per event!).

* Receive information on how to prepare your home, family or business for
emergencies.

* Visit and interact with officials from the LAFD, Law Enforcement,
Emergency Preparedness, Building & Safety, Public Works, Water & Power,
American Red Cross and others.
