ATTENTION:

The two newsgroups:
ca.earthquakes
ca.environment.earthquakes

have been proposed to be part of a reorganization with other
newsgroups in the sci. heirarchy. No authority has yet come
forward to clarify any procedure for approval or denial which is
applicable to these newsgroups. The discussion currently
taking place may call for the the removal, renaming, moderation
or other action to the news groups.

Unless other notification by those claiming proper authority
for this heirarchy come forward, it will be deemed that the
decisions of the authority to the sci. heirarchy shall be
binding upon these two newsgroups.
