Reissue of Redeemed Debentures

Company can issue debentures which are redeemed, by following ways :

         1. Reissuing the same debentures,

         2. Issuing Other debentures in place of redeemed debentures.

Following are the restrictions for Reissue :

·         Article of Association, Contract or Resolution at GM or other act of Company shows that after redemption such debentures will be cancelled.

·         Such Re-issue will be considered as New Issue for the purpose of Stamp Duty.

·         Auditor has to verify Re-issue in the same manner as of New Issue of Debentures.
