Cut Off Arrangements :- It means that the transactions of one period should be maintained separately from the other period :

·         It is a part of Internal Check of the Management

·         Auditor should verify the following -

o   Goods Purchased – included in Inventory,

o   Credit Purchases – Liability has been provided,

o   Goods Sold – excluded from Inventory,

o   Credit Sale – debit the concerned Buyer.
