Verify

  1. Register of Patients – with Bills issued – for correctly paid and recovered
  2. Cash Collections – with – receipts, counterfoils etc. Internal Control over such transaction should also be tested by Auditor,
  3. Property & Investment register – for receipt of Rent / Dividend, etc.,
  4. Legacies & Donations – Applied in a manner as specified,
  5. Collection of Subscription & Donations – with respective Registers
  6. Purchase & Expenses – For – Capital Expenditure incurred only with prior approval of Trustees / Managing Committee,
  7. Grants received from Govt./ Local Authority – duly Accounted for,
  8. Refund of TDS – have been duly claimed,
  9. Expenditure & Income – Verify that with Budgeted -  report any significant variations,
  10. Internal Check – on – Receipt & Issue of Stores, Medicines, Linen, Clothing, Instruments etc. – for Properly recorded in Stock Register or not,
  11. Depreciation – Charged on all assets at Appropriate Rate,
  12. Bonds / Shares, Scrips / Title Deed of Properties – Check with – Property and Investment Register,
  13. Physical Verification of Inventories – also Compare – their totals with respective Ledger Balances.
