Board Meeting Rescheduled

All:

Chick has informed me that the special Board meeting tonight has been rescheduled for Monday night due to the weather today.

Chick will let us know on Monday what time the meeting will be held as they also have an audit meeting on Monday at 7:00pm.

He said that the time may be as early as 5:00pm.

Anyone who would like to attend that meeting is always welcome.

I will be able to attend the 5:00 meeting on Monday as well.

Just a reminder, this meeting will be a question and answer session regarding our Charge A Response and Clarification Reponse (Marcus Proposal).
