I will not make it, again, with babysitter conflict and a sick little
one. Is it possible I can get dialed in? My number is 410.505.4199.

Well, I tried calling both numbers I was given, but there was no
answer on either.

There are technical difficulties that are preventing a connection with you. They send their apologies.
Chick has left the building.

Dear FAC,
Other than the difficulties for James to call in (which I don't understand), how was the meeting with the Village Managers?

It went well. Each village manager expressed certain concerns about generating enough revenue to cover costs above the grant allocation and also their committment to their community.
For Bernard and James, I have attached certain documents that were given to us last night for Hickory Ridge, who was absent, and also certain village analyses that were provided by another village (I didn't catch which one).
Marvin asked last night about the deadlines we were given by the CA Board for our various charges.
I believe that the Board places certain timelines on different aspects of our charges because they have deadlines with regards to implementing changes and approving the CA Budget.
So they must ask for our analyses back in a timely manner in order to review, analyze, implement or not, and approve final budget.
At times this may put a strain on FAC as certain charges require more indepth research and formulation than other charges.
