The point regarding CA competing with the villages with regards to rental income is a good point to mention in our report.

The villages are already competing against each other for rental income.

If CA is able to gain a large portion of rental income for parties that will require a large space, it may in fact reduce that potential income for the villages that are able to accomodate large groups.

With the current economy, the villages are relying more heavily on the grant allocation as other income is straggling.

If they take a harder hit on rental income, their anger regarding the current grant allocation will escalate.

I would also like to offer final editing suggestions for this report.

Thank you for forwarding the points from the Village Managers.
 
I am going to work on a couple of revisions to the proposed draft that I sent to everyone on Saturday.  These revisions will try to address Dave's concern about the cooperation among villages and CA and also address and incorporate the points from the Village Managers.
 
I will try to circulate my suggestions tomorrow (Thur, Dec 23).
