December 1 meeting

Dear FAC Members,

            Just a reminder you have the Board Room at CA Headquarters for your December 1^st meeting with the Village Managers. Given your press for time on producing your report for the PSC/Board, Michelle Miller director of Community Services has graciously agreed to attend the meeting. In the event there is a question or issue that would best be addressed from the CA perspective, Michelle will be there to assist you. Michelle works closely with the Village Managers and has intimate knowledge of the management contracts with the Villages as well as the allocation formulas.

 

            On another note, I have secured the Maintenance Facility Conference Room for your December 8^th meeting, and the Small Conference Room at CA Headquarters for the December 15^th meeting.

I was reviewing Chick's e-mail regarding our meeting locations for these next 2 scheduled meetings:

Tomorrow - 12/8/10 - We are back at the Maintenance Building

Next Week - 12/15/10 - We are back at CA Small Conf Room

I am glad I looked, I thought we were back at CA tomorrow evening.  Would you guys have missed me? :)

I have just learned my babysitter is unable to make it, tonight. As a
