I have checked the email addresses against the email addresses in my November 18 email and they are the same. Nine out of the 10 Village Managers indicated that they did not get the 11/18 email. Are you sure these are the correct addresses?

Thank you both for confirming. I’m not sure what happened with the first invite from Marvin Lawson (FAC member), but glad this one came through. Also Susan and Nancy have both told me they got a bounce back when they tried to click on the email link for Bernard Jennings. Anne (and All Y’all),
Sorry this miss was my fault- I missed the “s” in kings. Unfortunately the FAC has reporting deadlines to the Planning and Strategy Committee and the CA Board. January 6th the rest of their work (Charges B and C) is on the agenda. Which means the report has to be finished the week before for web posting purposes. The FAC members have taken their charges seriously and wanted to engage in a dialog with the Village Managers as they do their analysis and form recommendations.
I may be going out on a limb here; but could the group of Managers that can attend speak to the concerns/issues of those Villages who are not able to make the meeting on the 15th? I figure you must have an ongoing dialog on revenue issues (or maybe not)?
The specific charge the FAC is working on is as follows: “B. Analyze trends in usage, income, expenses (including capital expenditures), and net assets of CA services for the past 10 years. Additionally analyze the trends in revenue generation by the Community Associations (Villages) and develop recommendations for the CA Board.”
I appreciate your thought about a Thursday night but I’m not sure how to make that work. Thank you.

I was not included on your email regarding a meeting on December 15 (or the December 1 meeting). Please add me to your email list.
I am not able to attend a meeting on December 15th as that is the night of the Kings Contrivance Village Board meeting. We have a full agenda and it is not possible for me to miss the meeting.
Several other managers are unavailable the evening of December 15 due to prior commitments. In order to give everyone enough advance notice, let’s find a Thursday in January when the FAC and managers are all available. (Thursday is the only weekday evening that is free of village board meetings.)
