CA Board Presentations

Dear Team:

 

We are scheduled to make two CA Board presentations...January 5 @ 7:30 PM - Q & A on charge A; January 6 @ 7:30 PM - present responses to charges B & C. Nina just informed me that on the assumption that we all concur, she can lead the January 5 presentation.   We need a volunteer to lead the January 6, presentation; Nina will be traveling. It would also be helpful if all of us who are available could attend both meetings. I am planning to attend both, assuming and hoping that my energy level should and  will be ok. Who will volunteer to be the point person for January 6? Who will be able to attend which meeting? Thanks very much.

Hello all and happy 2011!

Just wanted to address the upcoming meeting agendas as it relates to who will be doing what.  I will not be volunteering for the presentation on the 6th.  I can be available to be at one of the meetings either on the 5th or the 6th, but not both.  Bernard, if, based upon who else will be attending, you have a preference as to which you meeting you think I should attend, please let me know.  If you have no preference, then I will attend the one on the 5th.  Thanks and I will await your response.

Thanks Dave and Happy New year to all. I am planning to attend both meetings and suggest that anyone else who can should also. I am planning to present on the 6th and of course would appreciate any and all backup support. Thanks again.
