Dear FAC Members,

Good news I think. Due to last night's meeting cancellation, and a time sensitive issues which the PSC and Board must deal with (not to mention a conflict on Monday night with an important Audit Committee meeting), below is how things seem to be shaking out. You will notice FAC discussion of Management Partners and the clarification letter won't happen until Wednesday January 5th 2011 and the other charges will be Thursday January 6th 2011 (sorry about the two nights in a row, but it does take pressure off you in the near term).

I hope this holds as the schedule. I will let you know if anything does change yet again.

Tuesday 12/21/10 - PSC Portion of Full Board Meeting - Starting at 6:30 PM

1. Response to County's Proposed Downtown CB56-2010 Sign Requirements and CR138-2010 Design Guidelines (2nd discussion)

2. Review Consultant's Proposed Symphony Woods Design (1st discussion)

3. Presentation of Options for Renovating or Replacing the Hobbit's Glen Golf Clubhouse (2nd discussion)

Note 1 - Items may be interrupted or re-arranged to accommodate visiting dignataries and speakers.

Wednesday 1/5/11 - Special PSC Meeting - Starting at 7:30 PM

1. Staff Proposal for Potential Funding Options for Various Capital Projects (1st discussion).

2. Follow-up Discussion on the Report, "Response to Management Partners' Recommendations on CA's Services," prepared by the FAC (2nd discussion)

3. Optimal Uses of CA Properties in Ligh of Potential Changes in Pricing and Supply of Energy Resources and Products (1st discussion).

4. Staff Proposal for Budget Format Amendment (2nd discussion).

Thursday 1/6/11 - PSC Hosts Full Board - Starting at 7:30 PM

1. 1st Public Hearing on proposed budget: meant primarily for Village Boards and CA Advisory Committees (from Budget Schedule).

2. FAC Report on 2nd Charge (1st discussion).

3. Options for Renovating or Replacing the Hobbit's Glen Golf Clubhouse (3rd discussion).
