Hey, so what's up with CUE?
Here's the deal with DE!

Three things going on:

1. DEN Dinner on Thursday, 3/14 - 6:30 PM at Margarita's Restaurant
Come hang with your DEN peeps, share ideas, and eat some delicious Mexican food at Margarita's.  Special guest Shanika Hope from Discovery Education will be joining us (she is AMAZING).

2. Educator and Student Showcase on Saturday, 3/16 - 11:30 AM - 1 PM
THIS REPLACES THE EVENING LEARNING CARNIVAL
With so many evening events at CUE - not to mention how busy you all are ! - we decided to move the evening learning carnival to the day!  We'd still love you to showcase, so if you have that time available on Saturday, please respond and we'll put together the learning stations. 

3. Corporate room sessions
Another great line-up of sessions at the Palm Springs Unified building this year, including sessions from Hall and Jannita!  Full schedule is attached.  feel free to spread the word!

Please, can I have more information.....Will there be multiple groups of students presenting at the same time. Sort of like the student spotlight at CUE? I will be asking students at our club meeting today and seeing what kind of response I get. Please let me know how the structure of this will be set up. We would love to do it, if we have time to organize it :)

Lindsay, I'm very much available and would like to do something at the carnival that involves our assessment tools to gain a prize ticket. People can use their phones as a response device. I'm doing that at my school. Martha

I am going to be presenting on Saturday from 12:00-1:00pm over at the Hilton Hotel my session is on Closed Captioning Everywhere!

I am so sad that I will be missing our Carnival event.  Have a great event and let me know if there is something I can supply ahead of time that might be of help. Do you want the DEN TOSS game? Are you going to have the Green Shamrock theme again? I have some things saved from last year. Did you want some of the foam sheets for making frames again I have those left too. I will be leaving on Wednesday afternoon for CUE so let me know what you want so I can bring the stuff out.
