CA DEN Carnival at CUE Update for March 16

To the great CA LC DEN TEAM!
Here is the link to the DEN Carnival 2012 Google doc for the event.
Please check updated information. Add to the doc and sign up to work a
station if you have not had a chance to do so.

Please review and some stations still need helpers. I would like to
see two people at each station so if you need a break the station
still has coverage the whole time during the event. Please sign up for
a station you would like to work. You would be working at the station
from 6:50 8:30 then we will gather group for DEN STAR presentation and
closing with raffle. LC group picture so don't leave. We want this to
go on the blog. Clean-up at 9:00 and then plan on going over to
Margaritaville resturant for a LC DEN thank you! This is right across
the parking lot.
It looks like we are going to have 8 stations this year.
Reminders:
Jennie O bring 2 projectors
Julie St. Patrick decorations
Genny K Lab coat
Tony -Flip cameras and paper for your paper slide station.
We don't have a team call planned becasue I thought we can could plan
with the Google doc and emails. Lindsay is out of town until Thursday,
March 16 and is coming in late that night.
Lindsay and I are bring many of the supplies for all the workstations
but please feel free to bring anything that you think will help.

welcomed. We are so happy to have you.
Just want to let you know that to register to be an LC member in the
CA DEN opens on March 19 so please DON'T Forget to sign up PLEASE!
Those that missed it last year don't miss out this year. We want you

If you notice that I have not included someone in this email please
let me know. I don't want to forget anyone.
