Hi,

Honorable Supreme Court has declared Privacy as a fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution. Data Privacy is now in-voidable and data breach will lead to economic penalties and criminal consequences.

We have prepared a presentation on GDPR. I am sharing part 1. Will be happy
to answer
any queries on GDPR and Privacy.

Regards,

CS
