Documenting the new text modes

Following on from Daniel's work trying to use the new text modes of the MEGA65, I am trying to document their function, to make it easier for others to use them as well.

This post begins that process, and points to the documentation I have created in github itself, and a video of the test program that accompanies it:

It would be nice to improve the test program to make it friendlier (which anyone is welcome to do :), but it's a start.
