The authors took to heart all of my previous comments: make the text
more conversational, return the document in an editable format, a
elaborate on your particular implementation. Each of these suggestions
have been done.
The article describes how and why the authors are have from a
traditional relational database design, through an XML database
design, to a hybrid traditional-XML database design. It is a sort of a
compare & contrast piece.
All is not roses. While the article is now much more conversational
and not nearly as scholarly, the authors command of English grammar is
a bit awkward. The spelling is impeccable. The ideas are sound. The
presentation is a bit challenging. What do you think? Please have your
comments back to me and/or the list by August 1. I would like to have
us publish this article, bit if we do I think there will a lot of copy
editing involved.
Okay?
