Error on C4LJ WordPress site

Just noticed that we're seeing some errors displaying on the C4LJ
site.

Line 33 of header.php was not there last time I looked at it. I've no
idea who added it or why, as there's no content.php in our template
directory. Thank you, svn revert, for putting it back. Thank you,
Emily, for bringing it to my attention.
