FYI, http://journal.code4lib.org/ was down for several hours this
morning (as reported by dchud). Here's the response I got from
iBiblio. All should be well now.

 Hi Jonathan,

 My apologies for the trouble.  Yesterday I made a pass through our
virtual hosts, and commented out entries for hosts that have moved on.
 www.journal.code4lib.org resolves to p6p.geo.vip.ac4.yahoo.com, so I
mistakenly turned this one off.

 I'm re-enabling it now.

Is there a reason that www.journal.code4lib.org exists and is not the
same as journal.code4lib.org?

It seems that Yahoo (the registrar for code4lib.org) automatically
creates www.* entries for all sub-domains. Ed Summers has now
explicitly pointed www.journal.code4lib.org to the same IP as
journal.code4lib.org.
