This month, we got approval from Trinity House to put up a sign inviting folks each third Friday of the month to join us in prayer for unity in our city. We’ve had some wander in over this year and are hopeful that we’ll get even more.
Because of this, we’re moving to another platform for reminders. As we get into summer, YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE THIS REMINDER UNLESS…

I hope you can make our Christians for Atlanta meeting THIS Friday at Trinity House (21 Bell St. Atlanta, GA 30303) from 12:00-1:00. We’re now meeting in the main dining room and then moving over into the chapel to pray afterward. Last month was pretty slim, so it would be great if you can join us this time. I’m not sure, but I can’t help but feel that we’re doing something incredible here.
Two other things:
1. In the next few months, we’re going to winnow this list down so that only those that have asked to be on it will be included. 2. This isn’t exactly connected to our group, but I want to put this out because this list reaches a few people I don’t contact much otherwise. Our church has an incredible speaker coming September 20—Jerry Leachman. Jerry played football for Bear Bryant at Alabama and was the chaplain for the Washington Redskins. He has an incredible way of motivating men for Christ—whether they’re on fire already or casually indifferent, Jerry will churn something in them every time. If you’re a man, please come and invite others. Its one of those events that you’ll leave thinking of the four or five others you wish you had invited to attend. If you’re a woman, please send those you love to this event. If you have a loved one that you’ve been saving your powder, looking for the right opportunity to talk with them about Jesus, this is the event.
