Step 1: Decide how you would like to participate:

· Available for purchase through Prometric beginning August 27, 2012 through May 31, 2013.

Step 2: Download marketing materials from Campaign Factory

· Send email to all clients and prospects

· Update website with Second Shot offer banners

· Display Second Shot poster in classrooms and in hallways and lobbies

· Provide Second Shot flyer to customers in classrooms and at front desk or lobby

To get started visit vouchers.prometric.com Start promoting Second Shot to your customers with the tools available on Campaign Factory.

Here is how it works:



		Register for Second Shot on the Microsoft site and receive an exam voucher number.

		Using the voucher number, schedule and pay for the initial exam via Prometrics's web site, call center or test center locations. (Candidate must have the voucher number available prior to registering.)

		Take your exam.

		If the candidate fails, they can register for a free retake exam via Prometric's web site, call center or test center locations using the same voucher number.

		NOTE: Please wait one day after the failed exam to register to allow for test results to be entered into the system.
