IE9, IE10 , the "MutationObserver is undefined" issue

Hi everyone
I ran into the following error when using the c3js script on Internet explorer 9 and 10 (it works fine in IE 11, chrome and Firefox).

'MutationObserver' is undefined

I am using version c3-0.3.0 and hosting the script files locally on my server.I know that the MutationObserver function was introduced in IE 11 but the charts work fine when I simply browse the examples posted on "http://c3js.org/examples.html" on IE 9. Does anyone have any information regarding this issue?
