Can anyone recommend a good source for a replacement mainsail cover?
Getting one custom made in the Annapolis/Chesapeake area seems to be quite
$$$.

Thanks!

Kevin

Did you check with Chuck O’Malley at Chesapeake sail? He’s done good work at reasonable prices for me

Check with Becky at Lee Sail Covers in Lebanon OH.

I have not used her since we purchased our C-320 but she did some great work at a very good price on our previous boat.

I have a never used cover cut with 2 holes for retractable lazy jack lines near the mast. It is sun tells charcoal gray. I paid $600+ for it. I’m in San Diego. If you have any interest let me know. You can email me directly at VMDATSEA@ Hotmail.com

I used Lee Sail Covers and bought a new cover last April. $400 total including shipping. Very happy with the cover. Becky is great to work with and has been ding these covers for a long time. It is lightweight and looks really nice. My measurements are listed below. I have the standard full batten mainsail. I am hull # 1024 from 2005.

Kevin - If you are contacting O’Malley, you might want to ask him to price out his EZMain system, and consider putting the $s for the replacement cover into this. Chuck installed ours just a few months ago. We previously had the Dutchman system. Also, I have the old cover (Captain’s Navy color) that I was thinking to use for making winch covers, etc., but if interested, send me an email directly.

Kevin - Just saw your FB post and see the color of your cover is not blue. Good luck!
