[C320-list] Who is using angle drill for wenches

If you use a drill or angle grinder to raise your main, which one do you
use?

I recently purchased a Milwaukee Angle Drill to use to raise my main, but
even though it has a variable speed trigger, the slightest touch takes it
to almost full speed. I would lke to raise the sail slower so I watch to
keep it clear of the Stackpac ropes or anything else to hang it up.

Any thoughts?.

Leonard,

I use a Milwaukee Angle Drill. However, I have in boom roller furling, so it is an unobstructed run up and down. I still raise and lower in bursts versus all out.

I can see it being a bit much if I had slides, lazy jacks, etc. to catch on.

Hi,
The drain ring at the bottom of the sink in our head is all corroded.The faucet and spout assemblage also could use replacement.
Does anyone know if the drain ring can be detached and replaced ? It looks to be somehowfused onto the sink itself.Is this a difficult job ?Also, is replacing the faucet arrangement tough to do ?

I have #236 a 1995. I replaced the faucet in the head when I purchased the boat. Took me about 30 mins. Was a pretty easy job. Defender marine has the exact matching faucet with pull out shower on their website.
