Does anyone know the exact chainplate bolt and nut sizes for a 1995, hull
268 C320? I just had one shear off with no effort at all.

Cliff,
According to Burti's and Updike's rebedding chain plate article (
https://c320.org/article.php/20161031044811487) and your model number, good
chance you have 1/4 x 20 x 1.5" bolts. You are probably aware, but if you
have to replace the bolt, you'll need to rebed that chain plate.
