[C320-list] Heat Exchanger Tube stack installation

I removed the tube stack to inspect and clean it and I want to make sure when I reinstall it, it is in the correct position. Do the holes in the outside casing face up or down in the heat exchanger?

The holes on the outside of the heat exchanger tube should be oriented straight down in the tank.

Down, toward exhaust and toward water inlet
