I am pointing to replace the holding tank hoses. I did some rough measurements and I’m thinking 16 feet should work to replace from the head to the tank and tank to pump out. I’m sure some have replaced the hoses and I’m just trying to confirm the length needed. I would hate to come up 1 foot short.

In December 2020 I replaced with 12' Trident 102 Sani Shield 1.5" white hose from Defender Marine.
Tank to head. Tank to the macerator.
But not to pump out deck fitting.
Look for Dave Hupe's detailed hose replacement on the list.

Art,

I replaced my tank, head, all hoses, and enlarged the size of the vent last year. I ordered 20’ of Raritan Sani/Flex 1.5” hose for $12.49/ft from Defender, but definitely had some left over. Like you, I did not want to order too little. Also, it somewhat depends on your set-up. I believe some boats have the macerator removed. I have head-to-tank, tank-to-pumpout, and tank-to-macerator.

Plan to take a hacksaw or oscillating tool to remove the old hoses. Wear old clothes that you are happy to discard if you use your oscillating tool….You might also think about expanding the vent opening while working in there. The current vent size is 1/2”. It functions much better as a 3/4”.

I ordered 17 feet when I did mine.  I sent you a direct email with specifics  Art.
