Location : Remote-USA

$65-67/hr on C2C

ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in HRSD (HR Service Delivery), Moveworks integration, Conversational AI, and ServiceNow platform development. Candidate must have expertise in ServiceNow HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, API integrations, and AI-driven automation.

  • 8+ years IT experience with 6+ years ServiceNow development/implementation
  • HRSD implementation projects
  • Moveworks + ServiceNow integration experience
  • Enterprise-scale deployments
  • Stakeholder management / client-facing roles
  • Technical leadership

Certifications

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • CIS-HR (HRSD specialization)
  • CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  • Moveworks certification (if applicable)
