Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in consultancy roles, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive project success through effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to clients and internal management.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Proven ability to manage large scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and conflict resolution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in specific industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in consultancy and project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
