General responsibilities:
- Accountable for service commitments at the individual request level for in-scope applications
- Monitors, tracks, and participates ticket resolution for assigned tickets
- Works closely with our development team to deliver solutions as needed

Mandatory skills:
- Our most important requirement is knowledge and experience with Terraform 
- Creating and managing resources through the Azure portal and Azure CLI
- Creating and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure Devops
- Implementing Azure security recommendations
- Patching and updating Windows VMs

Desired skills:
- Familiarity with Azure CosmosDB for MongoDB and SQL Server
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as JFrog, Sonarqube
