Rate : $65/hr on C2C
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 10 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI and machine learning engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model optimization, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models.
- Optimize and fine tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices in AI/ML engineering.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics and techniques for model validation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and techniques.
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data engineering practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful AI/ML project delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
