Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow
Administrator with a strong background in ServiceNow Enterprise Service
Management, User Management, and TSM development. The ideal candidate will have
3 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow
platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and
optimize ServiceNow functionalities to enhance user experience and operational
efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain
the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Manage user accounts,
roles, and permissions to ensure secure access to the ServiceNow
environment.
- Develop and implement
TSM (Technical Service Management) solutions to streamline processes and
improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross
functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
- Provide support and
troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.
- Conduct regular system
audits and performance tuning to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the
latest ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Assist in the
development of training materials and user documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in
ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
administration, including user management and role based access control.
- Experience in TSM
development and implementation.
- Proficient in scripting
languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow APIs.
- Excellent problem
solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow
Administration certification.
- Experience with ITIL
processes and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile
methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration
techniques with other enterprise systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of relevant
experience in ServiceNow administration and software development.
- Demonstrated ability to
work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational
skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
