Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in Data Center Operations or Infrastructure Support.

Hands-on experience with:
- Physical Servers
- Blade Chassis
- Network Switches
- Routers
- Firewalls
- Storage Systems
- Backup Devices

Strong understanding of:
- Server hardware
- Network cabling and fiber connectivity
- Asset management processes
- Hardware lifecycle management
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and event management tools.
- Understanding of power distribution, UPS, generators, and environmental monitoring.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
