ROle: Workato Developer (with AI Agent/MCP Experience)

Location: USA (Remote)

Job Description:

- 5–9+ years of hands-on integration development experience, with at least 3+ years specifically on Workato.

- Strong understanding of API design (REST/SOAP), authentication patterns (OAuth2.0, API keys, JWT), and middleware concepts.

- Experience integrating with SaaS applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, etc.

- Proficiency in JSON, XML, JavaScript (for Workato connector SDK scripting), and data transformation logic.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (pub-sub, request/response, event-driven, error retry patterns, etc.).

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and environment migration frameworks.

- Familiarity with webhook-based integrations, event streams, and real-time orchestration.

- Hands-on experience on Workato MCP & Genie creation.
