Job Title: Test Analyst (Banking Domain)

Client: TCS
Location: Naperville, IL (Onsite – Meet & Greet Final Round)
Rate: $30/hr on C2C
Interview Process:

• Round 1: 20-minute technical screening
• Round 2: In-person Meet & Greet (Naperville Office)

✅ MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Banking Domain Experience (Mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of IT QA and End-to-End (E2E) Test Management
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and testing methodologies:
• Waterfall
• Agile / Scrum
• Expertise in testing concepts, metrics, and industry testing standards
• Experience defining QA goals and measurement plans aligned with business objectives
• Strong experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to compile, analyze, and interpret test reports
