Lead and participate in the implementation and support of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Catalog Management, etc.).

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Configure and customize SAP Ariba applications to meet business needs.

Integrate Ariba solutions with SAP ERP/S4HANA systems using Ariba Network and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

Support end-to-end procurement processes — requisition to order, supplier management, sourcing, and invoicing.

Provide training and user support for business users and super users.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth process flow.

Participate in testing (UAT, SIT) and manage issue resolution.

Support upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities in Ariba.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procurement governance.
