Planning & Scoping: Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Budgeting & Resources: Allocate team resources, manage budgets, and approve expenditures.Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central hub, providing regular status updates and aligning team goals.Quality Assurance: Monitor progress, evaluate deliverables, and ensure projects meet organizational standards.Key Skills & QualificationsOrganizational Abilities: Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts simultaneously.Communication & Diplomacy: Skilled at leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and managing stakeholder expectations.Problem Solving: Quick, adaptable thinking to resolve unexpected issues during the project lifecycle.Technical Proficiency: Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).Prior USAA Experience is Mandatory.

Pay Rate - $60/hr on C2C (including VMS)
