Experience required – 5 to 7 years

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent discipline

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and cross-functional experience working with production, sales, quality, and purchasing.
• Proficiency in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) of welded structures, machined components, and assembly processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in computer aided engineering analysis (e.g. FEA, virtual validation, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic and/or pneumatic system design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
