Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Program Lead to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives by driving AI tooling strategy, AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC), solution architecture, and delivery enablement.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining AI solution strategies, leading proposal development, establishing AI delivery frameworks, and ensuring seamless execution across engineering, product, and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business vision, technical architecture, and execution, while leading cross-functional teams including Jellyfish and Amplitude initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in Program Management, AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology.
- Strong experience leading AI, Data, or Digital transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience in solution architecture and proposal development.
- Deep understanding of:
- AI/ML Development Lifecycle
- Engineering workflows
- Enterprise software delivery methodologies
- Experience defining and managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong project planning, governance, and execution capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI Factory or AI Platform frameworks.
- Exposure to Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
- Knowledge of observability, product analytics, and engineering productivity platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
