Work schedule details: Remote/ CST or EST time zone

Experience: 12+ years

Required Skill(s):

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including CRM/CE and data integration components.
Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI/CDP) in production environments.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, segmentation, and audience creation within CI/CDP.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and identity resolution processes.
Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to design scalable, high-performing architectures.
